Our Quality Policy

  1. It is the policy of Mana water company to use its quality and Food Safety systems to produce safe, high quality and legal products always and to fulfill its customer’s requirements by: 
  2. Producing and trading bottled water of the best possible quality and safety by monitoring and controlling product quality and safety at all stages.
  3. Ensuring favorable and safe work conditions and recognizing environmental issues through its operations as well as providing excellent return. 
  4. To ensure that continuance improvement is maintained. The management team will review the progress and performance of the set objectives at the management review held annually.
  5. The senior management will ensure that this policy is communicated; understood and implemented at all levels. The policy will be reviewed on an annual basis, however if needed it will be revised.
  6. All staff are required to comply with procedures of quality & food safety pertaining to their departments and jobs responsibilities
